How we come up with menu plans

Do you guys remember when I made the hot sauce glazed tempeh last week?

Well.  The conversation with my husband went something like this:

 

“Ok.  a CHALLENGE.  For you to turn the tempeh into a southwestern style salad. Eh..eh?”

Well.

A message to my husband.

Challenge accepted, sucker.
